Hello
About Me
My leadership mission is to empower people to revel in their own strengths and then to help facilitate growth and guide individual people, groups, and organizations to realize their dreams. I do this by providing alternate or novel ideas, pathways to action, honest and reflective feedback, mentorship and encouragement to try, fail and learn. In applying my strengths, my own beliefs and truths will align with the greater mission to allow me to live in my own integrity and support others to do the same.
